    Tests for green food products accreditation

    Green food:
    Following the principle of sustainable development, in accordance with the production of specific production methods, identified by the specialized agencies, permits the use of green food logo trademark. The green food is pollution-free, safety, high quality, rich in nutrition.

    In August 2006, PONY was designated by the Ministry of agriculture as a green food inspection agency.  All green foods from manufacturers and origins all over the country can be tested by PONY.

    Green Food introduction:
    Green Food stands edible produce and processed products produced in sound environment and technical standards with whole-some quality control, non-pollution, safety, quality and special logo.
    Under restrict supervision, control and standard production in production, processing, packing, storage and transportation, Green Food adopts the whole-some quality control from farm to table, while it requires reasonable applications of inputs, including pesticide, fertilizer, veterinary drug and additive etc. to prevent any pollution of toxic and harmful matters to produce and links in food processing so as to ensure environmental and product safety.
    The standard of Green Food is prepared on the basis of CAC’s standard and with reference to those of the developed countries, and reaches the international advanced level in general.
    The logo of Green Food is quality certificate trademark registered by China Green Food Development Center in Trademark Bureau of National Industry and Trade Administration, certificating non-pollution, quality and safety characters of green food. It includes the logo graph of Green Food, “绿色食品”in Chinese and “GREEN FOOD”in English, while the combinations of Chinese and English versions with the graph are shaped four forms.

    The graph of Green Food symbol is composed of three parts, i.e. Sun above, Leaf and Bud below. It is round in shape, standing for protection and safety. The whole picture means a harmonious life under radiant and enchanting sunlight, indicating people protecting environment, producing and consuming quality food ….

    dichlorvos, trichlorfon, Cadusafos, diazinon, chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos, parathion, methamidophos, phorate, methyl parathion, acephate, ethion, phosalone, isofenphos, quinalphos, paraoxon, malathion, dimethoate, diazinon, Omethoate, monocrotophos, Pakistan amine phosphate times, parathion, chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos methyl, pirimiphos methyl, phosphamidon, methidathion, fenitrothion, parathion, coumaphos etc.

    Carbamate pesticide

    carbaryl and aldicarb, carbofuran, Pirimicarb, metolcarb, propoxur and Isoprocarb, Isoprocarb etc.

    Pyrethroid pesticide

    bifenthrin, cyhalothrin, deltamethrin, fenvalerate, three cyhalothrin, fenpropathrin, Cypermethrin, permethrin, cypermethrin -I* -II*, Cypermethrin, cypermethrin -I* -II*, Cypermethrin, fenvalerate, -III* -I *, fenvalerate -II*, -I* and deltamethrincypermethrindeltamethrin -II* cyhalothrin, fenpropathrin etc.

    Veterinary Medicine Residue

    Chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, furazolidone, diethylstilbestrol and berberine (berberine hydrochloride) etc
