    Construction electromechanical debugging

    The whole-process commissioning technology of architectural electromechanical system covers the scheme design stage, design stage, construction stage and operation and maintenance stage of architectural electromechanical system, and its executors can be undertaken by independent third parties, owners, designers, general contractors or electromechanical subcontractors. At present, the most common is that the owner employs an independent third party consultant, namely, the debugging consultant as the debugging manager.

    Debugging content:
    1) Scheme design stage: the preparatory stage at the beginning of the project, the main objective of commissioning is to define and establish the project requirements of the owner.
    2) Design stage. The main objective of commissioning at this stage is to ensure that the design documents meet and reflect the project requirements of the owner.
    3) Construction stage. The main objective of this phase of commissioning is to ensure that the installation of electromechanical systems and components meets the project requirements of the owner.
    4) Delivery and operation stages. When the project is basically completed, it will enter into the commissioning work in the delivery and operation stage until the end of the warranty contract.

    At present, there is no special specification and guidance for the whole process debugging of building electromechanical system in China, and the work can only be carried out in accordance with the relevant parts of the current design, construction, acceptance and testing specifications.
