Recent modifications on REACH■October 30 2009, the second revision for REACH regulations appendix XVII, restricting materials going up to 59 kinds;
■June 18 2010, the third batch of SVHC released, adding up to 38 kinds; ■July 1 2010, draft list for the second batch of SVHC substances (REACH regulations appendix XIV) begin public consultations; ■to be continued

SVHC■Law Requirement ■If the concentration of an SVHC substance in a product exceeds 0.1%, then the supplier should inform customers about it, making sure the safety while using it (SDS); ■From 2011, if the concentration of a substance exceeds 0.1% and total weight exceeds one metric ton, then the supplier should inform ECHA about the detail.
