    Automobile testing

At present, various countries or regions have developed a variety of environmental laws and regulations; strengthening the management of recycling of scrapped cars, reducing the environmental impact of discarded vehicle and achieving sustainable growth in the automotive
industry have become a focus of attention for related enterprises in different country. Pony Testing can provide you with comprehensive automobile testing services in accordance with various testing standards of Europe and the United States and Japan.
1 Testing services for restricted hazardous substances: lead, cadmium, mercury and chromium VI (ELV directive) in automobile
    * EU ELV: Pb, Cd, Cr6+, Hg
    * China ELV: Pb, Cd, Cr6+, Hg, PBB, PBDE
Current we are able to test up to 260 kinds of chemicals.

2 VOC detection for interior air and trims
    * Test Item: Volatile organic compounds (benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, etc.), total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), spray test, smell test, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, ozone, ammonia, inhalable particulate matter, etc.
    * Test Standards: to meet Volkswagen, General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and other VOC standards of Europe and America and Japan.
    * Test range: Plastic products, rubber, wood, leather, foam, fabrics, adhesives, fillers, carpet, paint.
Pony Testing according to the various brands of automobile VOC regulations can conduct interior components tests, such as:

    4. Reliability testing
        ■ Light aging test     ■ Ozone light
        ■ Salt spray test     ■ Parts fatigue endurance test
        ■ High temperature test     ■ Accelerated life test
        ■ Low temperature test     ■ Vibration test at (high low temperature)
        ■ Constant temperature and humidity test     ■ Anti-dust tests
        ■ High-low temperature test     ■ Car battery explosion-proof test
        ■ Alternating high and low temperature heat     ■ water resistance test
        ■ rapid temperature change resistance test     ■ Stone impact test
        ■ High-low temperature impact test
    5 Vehicle emission control test
Because of the potential hazard of vehicle emission, the purification of emission has become a big concern for nowadays automobile industry, so people begin to pay more and more attention to it. Therefore the control of spread of hazardous material is an important means for environmental protection and the compliance is required by laws by different countries.

    6. Car Electronics E / e Mark certification
E mark is from the regulation issued by European Economic Commission (ECE), and now ECE includes 28 European countries, and except EU member states, it also included Eastern and Southern European countries. ECE members are usually willing to comply with ECE regulations to receive the test report and certificate. The E mark certificate related to the product components and system components, not whole vehicle certification regulation. To obtain E mark certified products, the product is likely to be accepted by the market. E mark certificate are issued by ECE government departments. All certificates have appropriate numbers by country.

    7. Fuel and motor oil tests
    * Test products: Lubricant, gasoline, diesel, LPG, other oil vehicle
    * Test Item: octane, cetane number, cetane index, composition analysis, metal ion, particle size distribution, density, viscosity, ash content, flash point, water, paraffin oxide, sulfur content, pour point, distillation, oxidation stability, etc.

    8. REACH regulation services
    * REACH Substances of high concern (SVHC) detection.
